The service is good and the food is prepared well .........

My family uses this location frequently and have always been satisfied except for the most recent time. We ordered food to go and with that ordered 12 uncooked breadsticks. We specifically asked how to prepare them at home and were told to cook at 350 for 4-6 min. The problem was that they did not add any of the spices and seasoning so when we cooked them we basically got bread dough. I spoke with the assistant manager here and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She told me I should have just put butter and garlic salt on them. She told me I got exactly what I ordered and what did I expect her to do. If you don't have to deal with the assistant manager this is a good location but let's hope you don't have a problem while she is working.
