I was in the store with my daughter and when I was viewing jewelry, the service was great! In fact, I ended up picking out two things at the jewelry counter. Another employee came over the jewelry counter and didn't seem up to much. My daughter noticed the Vera Bradley selection as asked the other employee if there were any Vera Bradley calendars. With a huge attitude the employee snipped "No- it's out of season for them" with this matter of fact attitude. Long story story short- lost jewelry sale and on our way out of the store we actually saw the Vera Bradley calendars.
