Joseph Adams was our Victoria store rep. He let me shop for a bit. Joseph then came to assist. I bought a king bed, kitchen table set with a hutch and a living room set. His demeanor was easy to talk to and Joseph knew his furniture exceptionally well. I had gone to other stores but he really sold me on the items I wanted. He even knew the logistics of it. I went to Ashley HomeStore to get mattresses because I saw all of their advertising about being Sleep Experts. My salesperson, Kim Browning, proved to be one! She was very knowledgeable about all of my options. By the time we were done, I had the perfect mattress for my wife and myself! After a few weeks of great sleep, I highly recommend Ashley and Kim for your mattress purchases!

Kim Browning was the sales associate that helped me find the furniture I was looking for. Not only was she friendly and attentive, but she also wasn't pushy. She took her time walking around with my husband and I while we tried to decide what we wanted. She went above and beyond to help us get the most for our money. Will definitely be back to this store and will use her again.

John Michael was very professional, courteous, and patient. He negotiated the price and terms honostly and the process was hassle free and very smooth. Store Manager Stuart Phillips and salesman Corey Poundstone were very helpful when we chose a sectional and recliner to replace the ones we bought less than 3 years ago. It has faded areas and we had recently talked with Ashley specialists about our warranty. They decided to allow us only 75% of what we paid. Stuart and Corey worked with us and offered a deal we were happy with. We are very satisfied and can't say enough about the cordial and professional way in which they helped us. We have purchased Ashley furniture for years and will continue to do so.
