This place is horrible. Most of the residents are unhappy due to lack of care, which is caused by shortage of workers that have so much to take on everyday and at only 8 an hour? They can go wash dishes somewhere for 11 an hour. These workers deal with everything from waking up residents to get them ready , showers and other everyday life situations, even deaths! Half the workers are rude and don't finish their job. Managers always adding on to the work load especially if its not in the caregivers field. They always want to talk about teamwork yet the kitchen, housekeeping and sometimes maintenance jobs get put on the caregivers when its not thier jobs, yet no one helps out the caregivers who do the most and get paid the least. That's not team work. I would not tell anyone to stay or work here
