I reserved a compact car a week in advance thinking that I will get the car that I reserved. When I went to pick up my car on 5/24/16 I even came an hour early they said to come back an hour. I came back an hour later and thinking I was going to pick up my car. The agent pulled a van/truck up and handed me the keys. I told the agent I reserved a car not a van/truck thing that he pulled up. I told the agent that I'm working in Austin this week and I don't need something so big. The agent said that and I quote, " you can change the car in Austin" . I ask the agent for one of the other cars on the lot and he said no they were for other people. I told the agent I did not want to drive this van/truck I need a car. The agent said sorry you have to change it in Austin... I will never rent from Enterprise again....

I'm so disappointed! Made reservation on line and when we went to pick up the vehicle they didn't have not even one on the lot! We have to be in Houston tomorrow and no way to get there! I'm livid! Who can I call about this?

This is definitely a fantastic location to rent from. The staff is always friendly and get to you as quick as possible. They normally have plenty of vehicles available, at least every time I need one. They even pick you up in a timely manner.
