This place doesn't even deserve one star. I got a pedi and a full set..the lady that did my pedi was very nice, but they didn't even clip my toe nails or even clean around my nails. The paint on my toes looks splotchy. And then the lady that did my nails tried to get my to keep my nails in a bowl of acetone for 30 min and when I took them out she yelled at me saying it would be take her longer if I stopped soaking them. When I told her I wasn't going to soak them any longer she gave me a dirty look. And when she finally started my nails she kept saying how much faster it would be if I would have just soaked them longer. My nails litterally look like. 2 year old did them. They are all different shapes and very lumpy. And she made them so short after u told her I didn't want my real nail cut down at all. Don't waste your time and money on this place. U will regret it so much!!!!

Will NEVER come here again. My pedicure was like 6 minutes they painted my nails horribly. They were RUDE to customers but yet have spiritual stuff all over and Jesus shirts on. If you want a sloppy job then go here. I'd STAY AWAY

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Do NOT go here. My pedicure lasted about 7 minutes and was the worst I've ever gotten. She massaged for about 1 minute. Didn't use any tools to remove dead skin that I most definitely have. And then when I asked her to remove the skin, she used tools that WERE NOT DISINFECTED. DISGUSTING!!! Worst service ever. Don't waste your money

Worst experience ever! Pedicure took 10 minutes. She didn't care about what I wanted and rushed through it all. My 3 year old nieces could have done a better job. Never ever again!!!

This was by far the worst experience ever!!! I took my daughter for her bday and they did the worst job ever. I told them to do a leopard design, and it came out looking like cow spots. Worst 35 dollars i ever spent!!!

The first impression was not that good. As my friends and I walked to choose a color, a fellow customer told us, "I would run if I were y'all." We didn't think it would've been that bad but as time progressed, we found it to be 125% true. My 2 year old niece could've done a better job. One of my friends also paid $5 for a design that looked like a scribble, after the lady talked on the phone for 10 minutes.

I know am man get his nails done well it happens this place is there to take you money and do the worst job possible and to top it of my 1000 dollar watch came up missing!

Never touch my cuticles did little to nothing to remove hang nails and for which that was the sole porpoise of this emergency visit.

They charge you for everything nickel and dining their way to the tune of 55 bucks to do a mani pedi!

They ate to religious there to it like getting you nails done and going to tricking confession it was too much to bare.

I hate purchasing any goods or services in Victoria being they think they have a corner on the market and there is little less where to go.

I would no even have a dead cats claws done there. My advise run from this place! And make sure you belongings are secure!

Where do I start? I've been to many a nail salons in my life and have never had this bad of an experience! I got there @ 6:30(they close at 8) and ask for a mani/pedi. She says they only have time for a pedi. I watch the girls getting pedi's, and the lady who I ended up with removed toe separators from her last client & put them in her pocket. Then starts my pedi. I look down to see her pull her tools out of a cup w/ no disinfectant in it. She then dips it in disinfectant for maybe 2 seconds and wipes off. I'm so sure that cleaned them! Wtheck? I should've gotten up immediately! I look down & notice none of the tools were in disinfectant! Then as she goes to do her crappy paint job she reaches in same pocket & pulls out toe separators from other lady? Seriously?? Ugh, not to mention after telling me they didn't have time for a mani(wouldn't want one at that point anyway) but they proceeded to take 5 plus more clients for mani's or pedi's. Will NEVER return to this place! Nail spa is so much cleaner & better at what they do.

They leave your credit card receipt in a clear box in the front window in plain sight.



They are very rude.



I signed in at 6:45 for a fill and sat there until 8:30 when the attendant very coldly told me there was no time to do it. I stated how long I waited, but she just said there was no time very rudely.



No XPRESS here, just a waste of time!!

1.) They leave your credit card receipts out in a clear box next to the window of the mall so all can see.

2.) They do not shape your nails correctly. They end up very wide & thick.

3.)They are rude. While waiting to get attended they give you dirty looks.



When they finished my nails I ran to Nail Spa to have them fix the mess they did. A set cost me twice because of they mess. Don't throw your money away. Stay away from this place. I see why people go it;s in the mall you can stop in on a shopping trip but it is not worth it. Good luck & God bless you. :0)
