Just had a terrible experience...

Just had a terrible experience with this company. Do not rely on anything that is said by the representatives from this company. Called in to purchase an item and was put on hold to VERIFY that this item was in stock. Was ASSURED that this item was in stock and would be shipped out the next Business day and I should have it 3-5 business days after that (at the most!). The next business day, I called to verify that the item was shipping. I was told that the order has been processed and the item is shipping that day. Based on this information, I returned a rental and was then called a few days later (almost a week after original order) and told that the item was not in stock and would not be available for 2-3 weeks – unbelievable!!! I don’t know how this company has any starts next under its reviews. After talking to the "highest person available" for a lengthy amount of time – he noted that “they definitely made a mistake,“ but would provide no help at all and no credit toward the purchase – apparently because the purchase amount was not high enough to warrant any credit. Wow – no business skills or customer service here – beware. Now, I must pay the price for their mistake by having to go and rent the item until I can obtain the item from a different company. I was told that there is no higher level management to talk to at this company.
