Hopkins Magnet School is a part of the Victoria Independent School District and is located in Victoria, Texas. The school s facility includes a cafeteria, library media center, computer lab, amphitheater, and art and music rooms. In addition, it has direct wireless Internet access in classrooms and a TV broadcasting laboratory that is used to produce a daily school news show and live student performances. The school offers academic classes in a variety of subjects, such as reading, mathematics, science, technology, writing and social studies. It maintains a student council that works directly with the faculty, students and the parents to facilitate academic success and personal development of students. Hopkins Magnet School has an enrollment of more than 400 students in prekindergarten through grade five.
