Poor service 2014

My husband an I are new to town. Decided to try a new place other than Olive Garden, well the service sucked!! We seen our server 2 times. My glass had goo in it!! I ordered lasagna I was like okay ..,well the foods not bad till I was chewing an chewing an almost threw up cause there was god only knows what in my food. My husband ordered spaghetti simply asked for no tomato chunks , the deliberately put chunks of tomatoes on it ! We are not ones to complain we still tipped being it wasn't all our servers fault but all together we will never return to this place again!! Dirty an horrible service!!

Haven't been that impressed.

I've been here several times and seemed to always have a problem. The first time, I ordered angel hair pasta and it took literally an hour to get to me. The waiter spoke to the manager and made my meal free without me even asking him to, which was at least courteous of them. The next time, the wait for the food was again unusually long. Like 45 minutes. And as for the food, maybe I'm tasting what everyone else is tasting but it was not that great. My pasta once tasted like it came from a TV dinner. Seriously. I couldn't believe a cook prepared it. My service has always been very slow there and the waiters took forever to bring refills and everything else. There are better dining experiences out there in this town and for much less. For what they charge there, it is not worth it.
