The Kiddly Winks daycare was by far the worst daycare center I have ever experienced. They have bad workers that yell at the kids. I have even heard the director yelling at a kid in her office without the parent present. I'm sure that is illegal.. They are very dirty and is a very unsafe environment. That is cause I have heard thay are the best in Victoria...What do we need to do to get good daycares in Victoria that will go above and beyond for our kids. I know I don't want someone to perform the minimal requirements (or some requirements at all ) while watching my kids. I love my kids to much.. I have seen a few worker there that do care but the majority don't. Lots of teens that care about themselves then the kids.



KIDDLY WINKS DAYCARE IS THE WORST DAYCARE IN VICTORIA.
