My husband was released from the hospital following successful cancer surgery. Surprise, when we arrived home, the bills had beaten us there. I couldn't understand anything what the forms said, so out of desparation I called my agent. Dale was wonderful. He came over to the house and taught us how to read the explanation of benefits. He then helped us set up a link to the insurance companies web site and he even walked us through the whole process. I expected that would be it, when Dale said that his assistant, Maria, would take care of all the filing of forms, And he asked, "If Maria has any problems would it be ok for her to call me?"
