good is great but having 1 Popeyes in a city as big as ours isn't working. They take entirely to long to get your food ready. If you order at 6pm you'll be lucky to have it at 7pm.. Corporate needs to open up another location on the opposite side of town because it's not worth driving clear across town to the one location and then having to literally wait an hour for your food!

This place is soooo bad about messing up your order. I have never had as much of a problem with a place as this. My family and I love their chicken and sides, but they send us home with items from our order missing about 50 percent of the time. If I ask for gravy with my chicken strips, they say "You don't have to ask, it comes with it." Then you get one and there's no gravy. This happens all the time! That or they leave out sides or put two of the same in there. My family and I have had such problems with them screwing up that we've had to call corporate and we never do that. One time we went back and they treated us like WE were the problem when they messed up out order. And they offered no incentive for having to drive back. Most places will offer a free item at least. The workers also get snarky and once when we went back, they were pointing out the drive-thru window and talking crap about us being 'difficult' and complaining whenever they sent us home with the wrong items. Some boys in the kitchen area were literally talking crap about us so that we could hear why they were saying. That was what made us so mad that we called corporate. We have stopped going there as much because of the service and the fact you have to sit there in line and check everything before driving off or there's a 50 percent chance you'll be going back. I hope they shape up because their food is great but the service is just rock bottom.

Popeyes closes to soon. Victoria is to large for restaurants to close at 10. Popeyes needs a alternative to foods filled with grease.especially biscuts
