Had this company sent to me via a Home warranty situation. They gave a 30 minute advance warning so I had no way to be available for them. Luckily someone else was at my house at that time though. The tech apparently thought the noise was "normal" but when I questioned him to see if he checked with the person there if the noise he heard and we heard was the same he said No. Well then how do you know its normal or even the same noise? He then said the fan moved backwards which I was told was abnormal and it could be fixed but that it was not broken. If something does something that is abnormal or it should not do and requires fixing them it is broken...not normal! When questioned tech stated he had to call his boss. The boss said he himself needed to come check it out. He never did. Then he turned in a "normal" report to the warranty place. So basically he scammed me. This place is a scam.
