9/05/09 - Ordered 2 hamburgers, tator tots and drinks. Reveived 1 salt & 1 pepper and no ketchup. When my husband asked for ketchup in a small white cup the carhop said they no longer had the white cups. So if we ordered chicken strips what would the gravy come in.

Ordered 1 xl diet coke and 1 large diet coke. Took 20 minutes to get our order and that is after asking for a manager. There was approximately 4 customers who pull in after we did and got their orders before we did. The manager, Michelle ask what we ordered and went in to fix the drinks and came right out with the order, the large drink turned out to be a tea. She made one excuse after another about it being so busy, new carhops, holiday and that they filled the orders in the order received.



I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone nor go back myselft. My husband was going to this Sonic everyday, but 9/7/09 was the last time. I am definitely getting the word out to everyone I see.
