Ok, I was so happy when you reopened your store, my husband and I have always loved your food, and service. Tonight was such a disappointment, we ordered two bacon cheese burgers, a small fry and a small onion ring order. It was horrible, the meat was dry as a bone, tasted old, no flavor, the bacon tasted rancid, and the cheese, well, there was hardly any on mine, the lettuce, tomato, and pickle were fresh, but the burgers were uneatable, really, they tasted as if you guys made them a day before and just warmed them up, like maybe someone ordered them, didn't pick them up so you resold them the next day. It really tasted horrible, horrible. We are not picky eaters, and have never been disappointed in our orders before, please see that your cooks are taking better care of the customers, there are too many burger places in town to choose from, we would prefer your business, but the food must get better.

It's pretty good but the service takes forever
