My husband dropped of five shirts yesterday and they were promised to us by 5 o'clock today. When he went and picked them up, a shirt was miss. It happened to be an $80 dress shirt we had just purchased less than a week before. They claimed to send it for alterations. First it was because there was a tear, then another lady said a button was loose. They told us where they sent it. When we called that place they didn't have it. Then they gave us a name of a different place that we can't even find on google. When my husband called back after that, they suddenly don't have his name in the system and he still has FOUR SHIRTS THERE. If you have any valuable clothing, I do NOT recommend taking it to this place!

Cost me almost $80 dollars to get 10 pieces ironed. Took over 2 full days to do. No one mentioned a discount if you pay as you drop off. No one even tried to placate when I tried to call. Owner was conveniently out 3 times. Staff wasn't helpful at all.

They are a lot less expensive than Comet. If you pay when you drop them off they give you a 15% discount. The staff here is much better, conscientious and friendly than Comet too.

They charged me for more than i brought in.I reweighed them at spiffys laundry just out of principle.On top of that, my clothes were still wet and incredibly wrinkled. When i spoke with the owner or whomever that was all she had to say was"we dont make much money off of wash and fold". I said is that any reason not to do a good job. It was 51.00 for a small basket of clothes. Sounds like im in the wrong business.On top of that, i had to get them re done at spiffys. thank god they are only a dollar a lb. Take your clothes there., or to comet for dry cleaning.I only gave them a star because it was required.
