The Community Health Centers of South Central Texas is a non-profit organization that provides healthcare services to a five-county area including Gonzales, Caldwell, Bastrop, Guadalupe, and Victoria counties. Accredited through the Joint Commission. Our goal is to provide quality and comprehensive, preventive and primary health care throughout the entire life cycle of the individuals we serve.
