Victoria Donut is a typical Texas "mom and pop" donut establishment. If you're familiar with that then you know they make the exact same donuts and other breakfast items that every other one does. My selection included a some what stale old fashion donut, stale donut holes, and sausage kolache with far to much bun to sausage ratio. Staff was unfriendly or perhaps just sleepy. Location was "clean" but felt kind of dingy. I'm giving them 2 out of 5 because they are below average for what I expect from this sort of establishment.
