I went to Dr. Kirkpatrick because my husband had seen her. I was very pleased with her kindness and care. I ordered my glasses and was told to check back in 10 working days. Well, I called several times leaving messages on every extension that was available but no one ever returned my call. On a Monday I called again and as usual received an answering machine saying the office was opened until 6 pm. I left work early and rushed across town only to find a note on the door saying due to Easter the office was closed. I had even submitted an email through the office website. No answer, no message, no response. My husband finally just went by the next day to see if the glasses had come in, which they had, I had ordered them on March 9 and now it was April 4. He told them I had been trying to reach their office and no one returned the call, no response, no apology, no concern about their patients. I have no problem with the optometrist, it is the front office staff that needs customer service training. For this very reason, I do not recommend this eye center nor will I be returning.
