Their customer service at Best is POOR. I have rented from Avis nationally for over 3 years on a regular basis and never had the issues with any location as I did here. The owners are a husband and wife who if you are not happy with something, their reponse is "too bad, don't like it don't rent here". I called corporate to report a very miserable experience. They tried to put me on the the company do not rent list. They are unprofessional and now are throwing a temper tantrum and not allowing anyone from my affilated company to rent at their location because I complained about an experience. They didn't handle it properly and instead of saying "sorry" they basically told me to pound salt. With all the money they made off my company a little graciousness would have been a better business practice. I now rent from ENTERPRISE AROUND THE CORNER... they are cheaper, and they actually appreciate their customers - AND BEST OF ALL--- THEY PICK YOU UP.
