Best customer service!!! I selected a grand 62" faux marble mantel via internet & it was only available in store for pick up at the Victorville location. I was coming from Colton so it was ways long about 1hr. I spoke to Mike and he made the pick up a breeze. I took it home and unboxed it and realized the corner of the main piece was damaged. Called up Mike right away and he was quick to make things right. He was gonna have it delivered to me at no cost but since I was eager to have it that same day and couldn't wait we decided to go pick it up at the store and make that drive again. I wanted to make sure that the piece was in good condition as well. When I arrived Bill & Chip helped me out. They were outstanding!!! So attentive and very helpful during the stress I was feeling about my mantel. I left happy! No struggle at all. Thanks Mike, Chip & Bill!!!! Happy Holidays because now I can go home and have a beautiful mantle to decorate just in time for Christmas! Oh and by the way! This Big lots is the only location that has SANTA CLAUSE coming to town December 16!!!! And it's free! Such a great way to give bag! Merry Christmas Chip!!!! Ho ho ho!!
