We have a rental house in Apple Valley and the previous tenant had several dogs that had torn up the carpet in several rooms and left the house smelling like a kennel. We were referred to James by a friend that had a great experience with him and his company cleaning up and repairing water damage. James and his crew repaired all of the carpet damage and was able to remove the kennel smell from our rental house in record time. James and his crew were very professional and remained on the job until it was completed. I would refer James and his company anytime! they do excellent work at very fair prices.

I was in a very stressful time, I had just opened a 30 days escrow on a new house and at the same time a 30 day escrow on the house I had owned for 4 years. My house of 4 years was located in Cardiff By The Sea and is a picturesque beauty with modern lines and beautiful ocean view. The buyer had an inspection done and also requested a mold inspection, never having smelt mold in the house I was not worried. Upon inspection it was determined that my downstairs bathroom and bedroom needed to have mold remediation. Now as a seller this is a nightmare, I was prepared to walk away from both escrows when I found James at Kount on us cleaning James came in and promised me a fast remediation and a clean test once he was done with his work.

He was very careful to not cause any contamination to adjoining rooms and he finished within the timeline and cost estimate he had given me. With James help I was still able to close both escrows. My wife and I hired Kount on us cleaning company to remove and remmediate an extensive toxic mold problem throughout the home we just purchased after speaking with 5 different services. We were concerned about the actual cost VS "the estimate", health issues, quality of work, and responsiveness. I was referred to you by Norman from Royal plumbing . From the very first day I met James he assured me every thing would be ok , I was in good hands. He talked me through the steps of repair and kept in contact with me as each step was ending and beginning. I am a widow and have medical issues. I was displaced as I call it from my home in Adelanto, and had to stay in Barstow with family. Not being able to drive I would have to depend on my daughter to bring me if James needed to show me anything or pick out materiels for repair. James went beyond his duties to make appoints with me at my convinces , Even at Starbucks on Bear valley Rd. My only regret is my Insurance would not make direct payment to Kount on us Cleaning.
