Zero stars! The staff is the most rudest and unprofessional I have ever experienced! My first visit, I wasn’t seen by Guevarra herself but the other dr on staff and it was so humiliating because being 23 my body has already so many complications and as soon as we came out of the room the dr starts telling all the nurses and staff members about everything that was wrong with me and it was so embarrassing! She wasn’t discreet about it at all! Then because I was sick with gallstones I needed time off work for a surgery and the staff was so rude about getting my paperwork signed! I let them know that it was very important that it get signed within 2 weeks because I will get points for missing work and all they had to say was the dr has up to 30 days to complete it... No compassion or understanding whatsoever! they literally took the 30 business days to sign them and because of that I was written up at work! Then they never called me with any results or getting ahold of faxing papers for the surgeon! I had to keep calling and reminding them! They’re excuse was that there must’ve been a mixup or something.. and it happened like 3 times! The only reason I didn’t change drs at the time was because I didn’t want to wait to see another and postpone my surgery!!!

As a doctor, I don't have an issue with her. BUT, her staff loses things and does NOT follow up. My mom has cancer and this doctor does NOT care about her customers, only the mighty dollar. This doctor is putting my mother is danger!!! She needs new staff that can do their jobs.

I went there because I was upset that my other family doctor had an appointment list that was forever long..... So I found her on a recommendation from a friend. I took my then 4 year for her yearly physical and when I first got there the staff was so rude.... to top it off when the nurse gave my daughter her immunization shots she jabbed the needle in her arm to were it took off a small amount of skin and left a horrible bruise. Hello it was bad enough my daughter hated shots but now she is petrified of anyone giving her shots. I complained and was told the Dr. would call me, she never called I also had questions that neither the doctor or staff knew answers to! so I called my insurance provider to complain and they let me switch Dr.'s immediately with no cost. If you have kids don't take them there.

I think in my personal experience this doctor was rude. I would have like my visit with this doctor to have been more at ease to talk to someone that i will feel like i can trust unfortunately in my case it wasn't like that. I was very interested in a birth control method and went to her with the expectations of her helping out with information instead i got a very unexpected answer which was that i was young and with multiple partners i would get an std however i am happily engage a mother of 2 year old little girl and no records of ever having an std so i was very offended.
