The staff is extremely unprofessional and down right rude, the so called agents are in fact not licensed Real Estate agents yet they pose as them. They try and charge late fees when your rent is never late and attempt to bully tenants into paying these fees, if you rent from them you need a lawyer on hand. I gave them one star because zero stars is not an option.
