I ordered some movies from this company on October 15th, and never got any type of confirmation email for it, though I did get a payment confirmation from PayPal saying my money did go through. I emailed the owner, using 6 different email addresses with no reply. Then I called 3 phone number associated with the owner, with no answer, nor the option to leave a message. My last resort is to write a long letter and snail mail it to the 3 different addresses listed as the business location. I've ordered from the company in the past, with no problems or delivery delays of my items. I used to live in Barstow, CA, before moving to Missouri about 14 years ago. If I still lived in Barstow, I'd just drive up to Victorville to all of the 3 locations and talk to Mr. Fragoso myself.

Anyway, I'm typing out this review as yet another way to hopefully contact the owner and get my ordered sent to me. I chose the midway point (3 Stars) as the rating, since I don't know how this will go. Hopefully I get my order.
