I went in to schedule an appointment because my 2013 Genesis turbo coupe had a squealing in the fan blower. Rebecca from Service came right outside to listen to it - then she scheduled me an appointment (in 2 days) for a road test and service. (The squealing got louder as the car was driven - sound would sometimes quit when car was idle.)

So I go in for my appointment, and the technician (wish I had his name) jumped in with me for a road test. We went less than 60 seconds down the road and he said "Ok - you're right - it is the fan blower. Turn it around and lets go back to the shop."

I was told it would be 3-4 days for the part and that they would call me when it came in. The ONLY reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star review is that I never received a call when the part came in. I waited 10 days or so, then I went back to the service department to check on the status - sure enough, the part was in.
