The service center has some very rude guys "working" back there. I had them order me a new steering wheel for my car on Friday. Tuesday evening I called to see if it had gotten there and he told me that it had and I could bring it in Wed morning and leave it for about an hour. I got there and saw a guy sitting behind this desk and I proceeded to tell him I was there to have my steering wheel installed. He looked at me like I was crazy and said I don't know what you're talking about. I found the guy who I spoke to Friday and told him I was there for my steering wheel. He said "okay well its gonna be a couple hours" all offended like. I said okay, Ill be back in 2 hours. 2 hours later...he tells me it will be another hour....GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHT! 1 hour? 2 hours? THREE hours?! When I went to pick it up, the keys were in it and NO ONE was around....If you had just been decent about it, maybe I wouldn't be so appalled. The salesmen, however, were very polite and nice as I waited. My suggestion....go to SAVANNAH!
