DO NOT USE!!!!! Save yourself some money... time... headache!!!!!!! You are better off buying a new car!!!

This service shop is the worst ever. Better tow your car somewhere else before letting this people touch your car. Because of the "repairs" they did on my car, I had to further invest over $2000 in repairs, rental car and car transport services. They took 6 hours to replace a water pump, left the serpentine belt lying on antifreeze and spent more than 1 hour putting it back on. They have no clue what they are doing, except on ripping customers off. Stay away from this place.

Stranded & scared with a car load of children. Macs was recommended by my insurance co. The wrecker driver a man I will always remember, Randy, was our hero that day. Cold water, reassurance, & a ride to safety. I recommend Macs to all my friends.

Mac's Wrecker employees and their buddies is a bunch of low-life thieves. They use the wrecker to go out and steal from people in Vidor, Rose City and Lakeview. They steal copper wire, tires, cars, furniture, car parts, anything they can get their thieving hands on.
