NIGHTMARE!! I hit a deer on my way home to Florida from Iowa... I was towed to Goddard's where I was charged nearly $900 for a new radiator. Less than 2 hours later, my truck broke down in Tennessee. I called Goddard's right away and I was told that the $900 radiator was a TEMPORARY fix and he had thought that I would make it home to Florida. He also said that my insurance company would pay me back, as if that made it okay. I had to have my truck towed to another garage where my husband was informed that the horrendous job that Goddard's did is what caused my transmission to go out. My husband called and told them, and they were rude. For the first time as a woman, I felt used and taken advantage of. I was traveling with my six kids alone and my husband was home in Florida. It was a nightmare. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

What fabulous service! They said they would be there in an hour, and they sure were, to the minute! My car was stuck in the mud, on a very rainy day and it was a hard tow. The gentleman from Goddard's got the car out for us and make it look easy. He was very fast, friendly and we were very pleased with the excellent service!
