Very friendly, caring, and honest folks at this provider. They do provide great services to the ill-elderly and disabled patients. We highly recommend to deal directly with its Operation Vice President - Thong tran (also a Principal of the firm) and its Managing Director & Patients Advocacy Coordinator - ThuyMai Tran. They do bend backward and always "go extra miles" for their patients/clients.

A helper watched an old man fall without reaction and helpful action. He waited for nearly 4 hours until the family members found out about the incidence and brought him into the hospital. The old man did not survive. With no appology, the company continues to treat others with a playful attitude. That old man wasy family.
