I PAID FOR a facial, manicure and European facial--which is VERY EXPENSIVE and my time was booked as well which would span a couple hours---but on the day of the appointment (which should be now, as I write this post) I had to be late.



They basically yelled at me and gave me a lecture on the phone. Do they not realize I already paid 100% for everything? Who is she to give me a lecture on the phone when I already paid for everything. I AM ALLOWED TO DO WTF I WANT TO DO IF I ALREADY PAID. All you have to say is "i'm sorry, we'll just have to cut out this and this from your appointment." I didn't pay them to be insulted and given a lecture. I was very nice but when she CUT ME OFF ON THE PHONE--I hung up on her. I never hangup on people ever.



Thanks for ruining my whole day and stealing my money AVIVO!!! You guys are rats.
