I would strongly advise anyone from using the services of this law firm. My Mother had a revocable trust drawn by this firm. "Failure to use proper disinheritance language can lead to expensive Will & Trust dispues which could result in intended beneficiaries receiving a smaller inheritance." That is an understatement. How any reputable law firm could author a Trust that completely omits three heirs and not warn the trustee off the consequences is beyond my comprehension. I am now saddled with cleaning up the horrendous mess this firm has created.
