We were promised our glasses in a timely fashion and they were not ready when promised. Once we did receive the glasses the prescription was incorrect and the glasses had to be reordered. They were promised to be shipped to us, but I had to make the call to follow up because they were not shipped till I ask for them. After 8 days we were still waiting for the arrival of the glasses. No one called to follow up to see if glasses arrived or if new pair was correct. Needless to say if the glasses hadn't already been paid for I am sure they then would have called and asked for payment.

I had a great experience at metro eyes. All the staff was curtious and qualified. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
