This company is a joke. Don't even bother... I contacted them by email and they waited 2 weeks to respond. I decided to go with them because their prices were very good. I called them and it sounded like their business line was just a person answering the phone "hello", and it sounded like i woke them up. Very unprofessional. I set up an appointment and took off work to be around for their 4 hour window. They never called or showed up for their scheduled appointment. I started calling to check in on my appointment but their business line was busy for several hours. I still haven't heard from them. Again, don't waste your time...

I would use them again. The price and appointment date and time were wonderful. They answered all of my questions in regard to what they were doing. Why they were doing it. They are very professional. I will be using them again. Thank you.

I highly recommend Safer & Warmer due to the price and the professional manners. I was able to get a wonderful price for my fireplace and dryer vent. They were able to get me right in. They have weekend and night times for me to pick from. They left my home clean. And they are certified professionals, needless to say I will use them again and let anyone I know to use them.
