VERY FRIENDLY WHEN I CALLED & WHEN I WENT IN. THE DOWNFALL IS IF YOU SHOULD HAPPEN TO BE LATE WITH A PAYMENT, THEY WILL CALL YOU ALL DAY, EVERYDAY, EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. THEY NEED TO LISTEN TO THEIR MESSAGES & NOTE INFO IN THEIR FILE.. IT'S BORDERLINE HARRASMENT THE WAY THEY CALL. BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU DON'T PAY, THEY CAN TAKE YOUR CAR & WHO WANTS THAT. OTHERWISE, THEY'RE GOOD IF YOU ARE IN A PINCH BUT OTHERWISE, STEER CLEAR OF THE HIGH INTEREST RATES & HIGH LATE CHARGE FEES.

This is by far the best place for a title loan. I have done title loans with a couple places in the past and thought I would give this company a try. Glad I did! Not only are they the cheapest by far (basically half of what the other places wanted to charge me) they are incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff at the other places were actually kind of rude and almost made me feel dirty when I dealt with them. At Titlemax they were professional and really appreciated me and my business. Anyone that is looking to do a Title loan, do yourself a favor and check these guys out. You (and your wallet) will be happy you did!!! Thank again guys for all your help!!!
