Ordered and paid upfront for $3,700.00 for Bosch appliances which were in stock at warehouse and would be delivered the following week. Appliances never arrived and after many phone calls to owner, order cancelled. Owner could not provide documentation that appliances were ever ordered. Owner issued refund by means of check written on insufficient funds. 2nd check was certified check. DO NOT pay in advance. Disappointed that owner was so dishonest and deceitful. Would not even give them 1 star.

horrible customer service... not truthful about prices, will quote one on phone and charge another...told us we didn't know what was really wrong with washer, and would not take back faulty equipment.. it was the product that was broken, had it fixed.. said they had no return policy, BEWARE of anyone without a guarantee.. Man was very rude and not really knowledgeable about appliances, its worth the drive to tech tronics in marietta... people are polite,,, proceed with caution. will kiss your fanny until they have the money
