I think Panera has an excellent selection of food. Their staff for the most part is friendly and helpful, but I have had a few unfriendly encounters. The worst was with a middle-aged woman who worked the register. I tried ordering some things that were printed in their "to go" menu. Apparently some of these items were no longer available. The lady taking my order was unfriendly and sarcastic. She presented an attitude like I was wasting her time, even though I was the only one standing at the counter.



So just beware that the menu changes often and look out for a middle-aged, unattractive, dark-haired woman at the counter (most employees seem to be young girls). I figure that lady will already be fired by the time you read this, though. She seemed pretty worthless.
