Provided by YP.comBilled my insurance for a surgery for remove a piece of debris from my eye. That "surgery" was took less than two minutes.

Provided by YPmobileThe customer service is slow. It has been 30 minutes and I have yet to be waited on! They must not follow their sign-in sheet because someone that just walked in is now being waited on! Not the way to do business!
