Terrible inspector! I'm replacing electrical outlets because plugs fall out. The water line service to house is the BLUE MAX and should of been found, was without water 20 days after moving in. Furnace has numerous duct problems. Microwave and dishwasher missing parts. No wonder he only accepts checks!
