I have purchased several appliance parts over the years. Even when I'm not exactly sure of the problem, the have given a recommendation which has always been correct. I'm actually needing to see them for a dishwasher part. They are the first and only ones I will deal with. Returning a part one has already tried to install is a gamble you take as a DIY. One can't expect any company like this to return it. How do they know you haven't damaged it or shorted it out. I am only a consumer and not a tech, but I feel to recognize those companies who deserve it and they do. Keep up the friendly expertise.

Purchased many parts from this company in the past and never will again. On Saturday I purchased a plastic agitator for my wash machine and was told I could return the item, specifically if it was the wrong part. Their return policy is clearly posted and applies to special order and electrical parts - these do not apply to my purchase. I tried to install the part on the washer and it was the wrong part. My husband and I decided to just buy a new washer anyways and not fix the machine. I went today to return the part and was told b/c there was grease inside the part they considered it installed and would not return it. The clerk even did a visual inspection of the greased area and could not find any damage to the part. Don't buy from them...
