The service here is bad. Returning is the worst because they always act like u wore it and make you feel bad about returning it. There are no dressing rooms which I understand keeps the prices reasonable. Still when items are sold in poor condition they may look that way upon return as well. The staff could loose the attitude and treat customers with more respect. I'm not sure I even what to shop here anymore. There are many other stores like Plato's closet that have a better atmosphere, better service, and just as reasonable prices! You can even try on which is a plus!

This place has good prices and some cute things but service is bad,especially if you try to return things. You are not allowed to try on so returning probably happens often. I get that this policy keeps prices lower but they give you such a hard time when returning. It has to be in immaculate conditon even when most of the stuff is sold in a state of poor condition. They always accuse you of wearing it around or something else. The last time I returned something I had the receipt and tags on and they still acted like I had worn it. Ah no I had tried it on quick at home saw it did not fit right and took right off and back in the bag it went. There are other nicer places to shop like Plato's closet who have reasonable prices and you can try on. Discovery staff should drop the attitude and make a customer feel important. I do not think I will be coming back.
