Do not go there. They advertise 1 hour cleaning, with free pickup and delivery, so I decided to give them a try. When I dropped my tuxedo vest and pants off, I was told it would be 4 *DAYS* before I got them back. And the ticket was marked for pickup, not delivery. So I called on the 4th day to get it switched to delivery, and they failed to deliver it. On the 5th day, I was told they had a driver on-hand, but the driver wouldn't deliver it, so the owner would make the delivery that night.



Anything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong. I will *NOT* go back to this place again. Everything that did go wrong could have been easily fixed, but the owner chose not to do so. When I explained the problem he asked, "What would you like me to do?" My reply? "Tell me when you're going to deliver my clothing." "Tonight. Late." (Put on hold while talking with driver) "No, he has to be in Hinsdale 2pm." (half a hour drive, and it was only 1pm.)



If there guys made an effort to irk me, they couldn't have done a better job. They don't deserve the single star I gave 'em, but the system won't allow 0 stars.
