I highly recommend this company. It is privately owned . You are a person and not just a number . The response time is unbelievable. My furnace went out. In less than 12 hours they were able to repair it but were honest and said it was coming to that time I would have to replace it. It was over 25 yrs old. The day it did have its final day was on the coldest days in January. The team came out and put in a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The office manager Mary Jane is fantastic. She treats you with courtesy, kindness, professionalism, informative and very understanding. In fact the entire team is this way. They are prompt, neat, cleanup afterwards is unbelievable. I did have to finance the new furnace. The information from the owner and Mary Jane was wonderful. I was walked through step by step the process. My Hot water tank went out on a weekend. I called Planz again.The owner came out the very next morning. He evaluated the problem. The next day his team came out and installed a new hot water tank. The entire staff at Planz are fantastic. The products they represent work fabulously. A wonderful honest company. I am female so it was a great experience to be treated in such a professional and helpful way. Men are the ones in the household who usually handle these problems in a house. It was nice to have a team do so much in the brutally cold weather.
