Dr Campbell is by far the coldest doctor I have ever met in my entire life. After leaving me in a private room for over an HOUR she did not even bother apologizing for making me wait and instead acted like I was inconveincing her. At the time I was 33 weeks pregnant and during that hour no one even bothered checking on me to see if I was ok, needed water, or offered an explanation of why Dr. Campbell was making me wait so long. The other two doctors in this practice are beyond nice and have always been prompt. However, after I have my baby I will never be returning to this office again. I am so uncomfortable with the thought of Dr. Campbell delivering my baby that I may end up going to a totally different hospital just to avoid her. She needs to learn compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell's for over 5 years. I have never had any of the problems or negative experience with her staff that others have written about. Dr. Campbell is extremely informative and answered any/all questions that I had regarding my abnormal pap, colposcopy then Leep procedure. Her medical assistants even helped me with my insurance when the lab was not covered due to me having an HMO plan. I am thankful for Dr. Campbell being in Villa Rica and I recommend her to all of my friends and co-workers.

She didn't explain why she wanted to do anything, she just said she was doing it. When I didn't agree with her plan of care, instead of talking to me about it, she told me to find a different doctor then. I wouldn't recommend her for any reason.

The nurses was cold, rude, disrespectful and you could even say intimidating. I will NEVER go back! I thought I was there to see a specialist (Sheri Campbell) but NO I got the chance to meet the staff nurses and who ever else that was that seen me and didn't say anything except ONE word to me! These people should be fired and replaced with people that have compassion and helpful ways. After all I thought nurses were there to ease things not to complicate lives. Take it from me folks...don't waste your money or time with this huge disappointment! When I was leaving I ask for my next appointment to be Sheri Campbell because I know she is a great doctor and I need a specialist...they replied ...she probably won't see you and I said ...really? Why? I have been to a whole lot of obgyn's the past 2 yrs and I can honestly say this is the WORST one yet! They need reported for being so disrespectful and rude. The nurse is pure out awful!

I went to tons of docs before I found her will go back to Campbell forever

BAD EXPERIENCE! I saw the doctor here for a problem I was having and a routine annual exam. I went back twice within 3 months and the last time the doctor said I should be concerned about the symptoms and she would refer me to a specialist. Her assistant told me she would get in touch with me when she found one. After five days I went on line and found out that Tanner does the kind of ultrasound I would need to at least get a diagnosis. I called the assistant and she said she would set it up and get back to me "in a little bit". That was 3 weeks ago. I had a feeling at the time that she was just humoring me. I am in great discomfort and scared, and now I have to find another gynecologist. I just cannot believe that they would treat a patient this way.
