Showed up at 8:43 my sons leg was swollen and we wanted to have it X-Ray to see if it was fractured. There was not a single car in the parking lot and no patients in the waiting room. Was told that they see their last patient at 8:30. The sign on the highway clearly says open 9 to 9 I politely asked the receptionist if there was any way since they were not busy. She went and asked the doctor and he refused service. I will never go to a place that shows that little interest in helping a patient.

I've been here twice with my toddler. The first time because she cut her eyelid open, they used the glue to close it and pretended they were giving her a rub on tattoo (since they noticed all the rub on tattoos on her arms). We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The second time her elbow was popped out of socket. The doctor in checking her popped it back in and then took x-rays just to make sure that was the problem. He then explained that toddlers often pop their elbows out of joint and he showed us how to pop it back in ourselves so that we don't have to come back. WOW that was impressive, they actually cared enough to show us how to avoid coming back. We practiced several times and was out the door again in about 20 minutes. My husband and I are going out of state for our anniversary and I put this clinic down on our caregiver packets as the go-to if our kids are sick or injured.

From the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted with warm smiles, and general care. My husband had a stomach virus and needed IV rehydration. As soon as my paperwork was finished, they entered his paperwork, and we were being seen within minutes. The nursing staff were all so kind. They seemed to really care about his condition and his comfort. Very compassionate. We have never had a problem since our first visit being seen fast, and treated accurately.
