Totally messed up 5 of my husband's work shirts! And the attendant was VERY nasty and rude to me when I asked to have them fixed. Do NOT EVER take anything to these horrible people!

Screwed my daughter's prom dress up and when i drive from the villa rica location to the douglasville location the owner victor was very rude and at first refused to fix his blatant mistake of sewing the straps together wrong on the dress. I had to threaten to call the police and not leave until he corrected his error before he would do it. Then had the audacity to then still charge me for the alteration. When i refuse stating i had to pay for gas for my car to come up there he called the police on me. Then had the police say if i came up and apologized for not paying they would not charge me. I would never use them or recommend them. Please beware when using them. Customer service from Lisa at the villa rica location wasnt any better tried calling several times to check on the status and got the run around. This business DOES NOT value their customers. Not worth the 1 star YP made me gave them

I agree with John H, except "Lisa" is not the owner. She is the very nasty, hateful, rude attendant at V's cleaners' Mirror Lake, Villa Rica location. She acts like she hates the entire world. She apparently does not understand that she is in a service business, and that good customer service involves a smile and a greeting and treating customers with respect. The actual cleaning of the clothes is not all that great, either.

Owner is a very nasty lady with a bad attitude and very arrogant from NEW YORK CITY. Very bad place to do business. She kept my jacket for several weeks without doing the job. When I went to pick up my jacket, the alteration and cleaning I requested was not done. She never call me to tell there was a problem. She just turned over the jacket to me and said I can't do it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THAT PLACE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!
