Wont return calls after payment, took all left over parts including shingles, some areas that they used to access roof are almost rubbed smooth, subcontracted Job. Shingled over existing roof vents without asking, made other changes to how the roof was shingled without asking first. Would not use this company unless i had to, unfortunatley my roof was leaking and i had to. Jason Bye promised good service after the sale, at least while i was writing the check. I guess returning a phone call is above and beyond what wright construction of Villisca Iowa considers good service. Will be going to small claims court - not becuase of the work but because of service after the sale. On the good side it was done fast and they cleaned up well.......to well - even took two of my tarps and all left over shingles. And since they shingled over my vents i might be needing a few.

Update on this, went up and installed vents myself, found about 20 exposed nail heads on each side of my garage. Im sure that the house is the same way but havent inspected it yet. Wright construction still will not return calls or give me my shingles i paid for, nor tell me where i can get some that match. Still havent filled a claim, but still intend to. Now i have a brand new 16,000 $ roof on my house and garage with nail holes all over it. At this point i wish i had placed buckets under the spots that leaked and waited a year for someone else. And with all those exposed nail heads i may have buckets again soon. If i had any shingles that matched i would go up and pull the ones that had nails through them..........but cant do that since i dont have any shingles Thanks WRIGHT CONSTRUCTION!!!!
