Went in there today, an employee with red dyed hair was extremely rude. I bought a cartridge from there and asked about an exchange since it was faulty. Their previous policy as long as you never left the store they would exchange, so I tried it right in front of her and then asked about the exchange. She called me rude and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave. I asked to call the owner and she told me to go outside before she called the police. So all in all I pretty much got robbed of 33 dollars and threatened with the police like I was the one in the wrong. Do not buy from them, do not give them business. I will also be contacting the better business bureau along with the FTC and will never do business with them again.
