I have bought three scooters/mopeds in the last ten years and dealing with the owner (Dustin Jerod at LVG Powersports has got to be THE worst experience of them all! He did nothing but lie to me about the quality of service that I could expect from his business.

When it came time for service, I entrusted him with my scooter and detailed all the little things that needed fixed. I ask him to go over it with a fine tooth comb. In the end they botched a simple replacement of a slow leaking rear tire, used super glue to repair instead of replace the rear view mirror, cracked the plastic body trying to check the brake fluid by prying on it, replaced a kickstand spring with a rusty one and changed the spark plug and adjusted the carburetor only to have it stalling and burning plugs a short time later.

When I took it back in he was suddenly on the defensive, became irritated and rude and attempted to blame me for the problems. He then pointed out that the small print at the bottom of the repair form states that his service technicians are not "trained" repairmen at that once the scooter leaves the shop there is no coming back. Well, he got that right. There certainly will be no coming back for me.

I should have known that anyone who advertises "DIRT CHEAP" bikes will sell you just that. Cheaply constructed products, put together by shade tree mechanics and poor service with no refunds or any attempt to make a botched repair correct. Somehow he seemed really proud of his "fine print tactic.

I will be reporting this to the BBB of which I am positive he is not a member. If you do business with him you will have no one to blame but yourself.

Beware of buying a scooter from this business, we bought a $800 dollar scooter from them.It broke down after 7 miles,asked them to fix as its brand new,they wouldn't warranty it,charged me over a hundred dollars to come and try to fix it,it ran another 10 miles and broke down again.Its been sitting in my garage not running within 4 days of buying it,pretty sad business if u won't warranty the procucts u sell!! Be very careful when buying anything from them!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at LVG Powersports. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a knowledgeable service department that provides full service on all vehicles they sell. Definitely the best place to go for all your ATV, scooter, and dirt bike needs.

I have purchased a couple of scooters from LVG Powersports and have been very pleased with the service as well as the price. I also have several friends who have purchased 4-wheelers and/or scooters from them. No complaints from any of us! PLUS...they service what they sell and you can’t beat that!

Dustin, the owner of LVG Powersports, lied to me about a product I purchased and then would not permit me to return the item. I bought a 110cc four-wheeler for my 6 year old son. Dustin was the salesperson who lied to me and told me that the four-wheeler could be turned down to go the same speed as a battery powered four-wheeler (like a powerwheel). However, that proved to not be the case. It was considerably faster and not safe for my child to ride. Even after turning the throttle as far down as it would go, the machine still is too fast and dangerous. So I tried to call Dustin back to find how we could best resolve the issue. I left several messages and even stopped by the business and left a message in person for Dustin to call me back. Which he never did. When I finally did get Dustin on the phone (over a month and a half later) he said that he would not give me a refund. I explained to him how he deceived me and how I would like him to refund the purchase amount-which he refused to do. I have contacted the BBB and am posting reviews online to warn other potential customers. BUYER BEWARE, they LIE.
