I have a fairly big front and back yard and decided to go with Vincetown for our new home. Huge mistake. They are not cheap and I asked for calls prior to coming so I could unlock the back gate.
They billed and stated they seeded both front and back lawn but my back yard is horrendous. Completely dead. I understand we had a drought this year but the front of the lawn gets all the traffic, sun, etc. The back of the yard is terrible and I was billed for a "fungus treatment " that did absolutely nothing.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. Late fees are astronomical and my back yard looked better when I seeded it on my own. Never again!!

We will never use Vincentown Landscaping again. We signed with this company for the first time in the spring and it was a disaster from day one. Our lawn never looked so bad. Our first call was when their workman drug his chemical treatment hose through our flowers beds as wells as spraying our flowers that were just planted. According to the contract they were supposed to test our soil PH.....only after repeated phone calls was that work completed. The final straw came when, according to a preset schedule, they were to come out and seed our lawn. Again, we had to call and ask why no one has been out. After repeated phone calls we spoke to a manager/supervisor. We shared our concerns that it was becoming late in the season and possible too late to seed. We were told no, the weather is warm...its fine. We told the manager that we wanted a call prior to his team "slice seeding" so we could be home at the time and talk with the crew about the lawn and the trouble spots.......that never happened. I came home to find his crew seeding. When i approached them to talk to them......they couldn't speak english. We waited a couple of weeks and nothing grew, except of course moss. We called again. The woman on the phone told me " well its been cooler lately" Too hot , too cold......hmmmmm. Vincentown Landscaping was to come out and "reseed". We questioned again if the seed would have enough time before frost. Again we asked for a phone call prior to the crew coming out. Well, shocking but true that didn't happen. I looked out my back window to find two men throwing handfulls of seed on my back lawn.......thats some reseeding process, who knew. I asked them what they were doing and they responded "reseeding". I promptly asked the two men to leave. I called Vincentown Landscaping and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. At first he hold me they were "spreading peat moss". Someone was certainly spreading something but it wasn't peat moss. When i told him i spoke to the workers and they told me they were reseeding he changed to , well I am not the person your husband spoke to so i am not sure of the agreement. To their credit, they offered to make things right.......but we already had enough of the attempts at making it right...we will not use them again
